Development projects

In 2004 KALÁB – construction company, Ltd. extended its works to its own investment buildings and started to support its own development projects.

Therefore there was established a subsidiary company, KALÁB – develop, Ltd. that is surveying reality market and searching for interesting pieces of land suitable for modern buildings as well as coordinating project and engineer activities and setting up sales for final buyers.

Finished projects

Rezidence Semiramis

Successful project realized in 2007 and built in cooperation with Arch Design is a polyfunctional building in immediate closeness to Brno historic centre. This building filled spare land between houses at Soukenická and Nové sady street.

There is 23 apartments, 26 parking spots and commercial spaces in the building that are interconnected the way that it not only contributes to the buildings image but also maintains the necessary quietness for living. The whole project was realized to offer an above standard living for people with high quality demands.

Family houses, Ostrovačice

Another finished project realized by KALÁB company in 2007 is a housing project of above standard family houses with special front lawns in a very quiet neighbourhood with garden view in the centre of municipality Ostrovačice.

The set of the 8 family houses is situated at the corner plot near Ríšova and Kníničská street. The houses are terraced and half-terraced. They have either the same or the miffor-inverted disposition. The houses themselves are two-storeyed buildings with saddle roofs.

Integrated house Vídeňská, Brno

The integrated house "Vídeňská in Brno" project was finished in 2005. This building was awarded by Southern Moravia District and Entrepreneus Federation as the best "Southern Moravia District Construction" in Housing project category in 2005.

KALÁB - construction company, Ltd. is residing in office facilities in the first and second floor of this building.
